Lucky Wanda, operated by LUCKYWANDA LLC, currently sells to customers in the United States.
Shipping charges
Free standard shipping is available for our current collection to eligible US addresses, with no minimum purchase. Address eligibility is confirmed at checkout. We do not currently offer express shipping.
Processing and delivery
Products are fulfilled by our supply partners and may arrive in separate packages. Our business address does not mean every item ships from California.
- Pawsome Pets snuffle mat: supplier-estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional.
- PEHOM leash, waste bag dispenser and refill bags: allow 7 days for supplier processing, followed by 7–14 days in transit.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Stock availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays and customs processing where applicable may affect delivery.
Tracking and assistance
Tracking is provided when available after dispatch. For delayed, damaged or missing orders, email luckywandallc@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately for corrections or cancellations. Changes may not be possible after an order has been processed for dispatch.
